Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at testimonyunitedfaith@gmail.com. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All TUF Testimony Backpacks are print-on-demand custom products and are considered final sale once printed. We do not accept returns on customized items. The included Japanese Grade Fabric Marker is also final sale.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at testimonyunitedfaith@gmail.com and we will do our best to make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval contact us at testimonyunitedfaith@gmail.com.
